We want you to enjoy your home without being harassed or annoyed by your neighbours.

Your lease says that you must not do anything in your flat, building (or on an estate) which could cause nuisance, annoyance or damage to other residents or the council.

This rule applies to other people who live with you and any visitors.  For example:

• You must not use the property for illegal or immoral purposes.
• If you have pets you must keep them under control.  
• You must not obstruct or leave any items in communal areas.

If you are suffering harassment or nuisance, contact your Neighbourhood Housing Team.

We will do everything in our power to stop harassment and nuisance.
