16 and 17 year olds can get vaccinated

If you're 16 or 17 years old, you can get the vaccine in one of three ways:

Eligible 12 to 15 year olds can get vaccinated

If you, or a child in your care, are aged 12 to 15 and live with someone at increased risk of COVID-19 or you are clinically vulnerable, it is also recommended that you get vaccinated. Find out more at northcentrallondonccg.nhs.uk/my-health/covid-19/covid-19-vaccinations-in-north-central-london/vaccinations-for-under-18s/.  Please be aware that eligible children under the age of 16 cannot get vaccinated on the COVID-19 vaccine bus.

How can I book an appointment to have the vaccine?

If you are aged 18 and over and haven't had your first dose or you are due your second dose there are several ways to book your free appointment in Camden:

Walk-in vaccination opportunities in Camden and neighbouring boroughs

Below are the details for walk-in vaccination clinics and events in Camden and neighbouring boroughs, plus COVID-19 vaccine bus dates. While our vaccine bus accepts walk-in appointments, please try to book in advance to guarantee your space. All Camden residents aged 16+ can get vaccinated at these locations unless stated otherwise. Eligible 12 to 15-years-olds cannot be vaccinated on the vaccine bus.

Important: Eligible 12 to 15-years-olds cannot be vaccinated on the vaccine bus. Everyone aged 18 and over can get the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine 8 weeks after the first dose but you must get the same vaccine for both doses. All COVID-19 vaccination centres are COVID-safe

Wherever you choose to go to be vaccinated, please rest assured that it will be a COVID-safe environment, which means extra precautions are in place to keep you safe - like extra hand-washing, extra cleaning and social distancing in waiting areas.

You can find more information on the NHS website.

I’m not registered with a GP and/or I don’t have an NHS number – can I still get vaccinated?

Yes, everyone is entitled to the free COVID-19 vaccine regardless of whether you’re registered with a GP or not. If you aren’t registered with a GP, please complete the online form at feedback.camdenccg.nhs.uk/north-central-london/ncl-covid-19-vaccination-registration/consultation/intro/

However, we strongly recommend that you do register with a GP because it will help you access a wide range of local medical and preventative care year-round. You don’t need proof of identity, address or immigration status to register. To find out more, visit your local GP surgery or go to nhs.uk/nhs-services/gps/how-to-register-with-a-gp-surgery/.
